"Polaroid" style

To install the style:
run the Polaroid.fdxsl directly and FeedDemon will prompt to
install it
- number of columns of these slides depends on FD window's width; slide width can be changed in inline styles in Polaroid.fdxsl file.
- this is beta release of the style, so it can have bugs
- feel free to do whatever you want with this style
