"Surfer (reflections)" style

To install the style:
run the Surfer (reflections).fdxsl directly and FeedDemon will prompt to
install it
- This version of the style was created for FeedDemon 1.6 beta 1, so doesn't work with previous versions of FD.
- This style is almost entirely based on Nick's "Surfer" style, I've only added shiny reflections to titles in the header bar
